Youth–Elder Solidarity Forums

Intergenerational dialogue and mentorship programs that foster shared learning and volunteerism between the elderly and youth, promoting mutual respect and care.

Family Caregiver Training & Peer Support

Practical training for informal caregivers in personal care techniques, stress management, safe lifting, feeding, and basic health assessments, paired with group support and debriefing sessions.

Health Navigation & Social Referral Linkages

Individualized support in accessing Medicaid, disability grants, food security programs, housing assistance, legal aid, and psychosocial services—especially for clients who lack formal support systems.

Healthy Homes Outreach Campaign

Door-to-door neighborhood visits providing education on sanitation, nutrition, mobility safety, fire prevention, and emergency preparedness. Includes basic home kits distribution.

Community Emergency Preparedness & Response

Localized training in first aid, CPR, and disaster preparedness for elders and persons with limited mobility, ensuring their inclusion in local disaster and evacuation planning.

Community Action Days

Health fairs, caregiving expos, and “Wellness Weekends” organized with hospitals, NGOs, and faith institutions—offering mass screening, vaccination, physiotherapy, dental checks, and vision care.

Grassroots Advocacy & Policy Engagement

Support for community involvement in public health policymaking, especially around elderly rights, home care coverage, mental health access, and social protection.
